Stonecrop Day Spa was born from the merger of two women-led brands that shared the same education, goals, and dedication to wellness. Despite coming from different backgrounds, both founders wanted to create an inclusive space that embraces people of all identities; regardless of gender, sexuality, or background. Their focus: offering personalized spa experiences using organic and medical-grade products that promote authentic, long-term results.

Challenge
As a smaller spa competing with large franchises like Hand & Stone and Massage Envy, Stonecrop needed a brand identity that communicated professionalism and quality without losing its sense of intimacy. The goal was to develop visuals that captured the serenity of nature while reinforcing trust and sophistication.

Solution
A calm, minimal visual identity was designed and inspired by the stonecrop plant; known for its healing and resilient properties. The brand’s color palette drew from natural tones to evoke peace, balance, and renewal. Brand and product photography were produced to emphasize natural light, soft textures, and honest emotion, helping the imagery feel warm, real, and grounded in self-care. Together, these elements created a cohesive aesthetic that felt organic yet refined.

Outcome
Stonecrop’s new brand identity and photography system positioned the spa as an approachable, high-quality alternative to larger competitors. The visuals communicate authenticity, inclusivity, and care; allowing Stonecrop to stand out as a place where wellness feels personal, intentional, and deeply human.
